Role Overview:
Drive property sales and provide expert guidance to clients. As a Senior Negotiator, you will play a key role in achieving branch targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Manage property sales from start to finish, including valuations and listings.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and partners.
- Negotiation: Negotiate deals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends to provide accurate advice.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members to enhance their performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 – 2 years experience in estate agency, with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Proficiency with estate agency software.
- Valid UK driving license.
