150 Pieces Of Legislation Affecting The Private Rental Sector

A recent survey by property portal Zoopla showed that the five major issues concerning landlords were:  Finding suitable tenants, tenants looking after the property, tenants paying the rent on time, keeping up with increased regulations and future changes to regulations.

With over 150 pieces of legislation affecting the private rental sector and huge fines for non-compliance, it is vital that a landlords have the peace of mind of knowing that their properties are not only being let to maximise their investment return but are also being managed proactively and compliantly.
