Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Motivate and manage the branch team to exceed targets.
- Sales: Boost property sales, valuations, and listings.
- Customer Service: Ensure top-notch client satisfaction and handle complex queries.
- Operations: Oversee daily branch operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends and provide strategic insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years in estate agency management.
- Strong leadership and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Local market knowledge.
- Proficiency with estate agency software.
- Valid UK driving license.
