When The Gavel Falls . . .

Posted on: 14 February 2013

Sansome & George Network Auctions saw the gavel fall successfully on 82% of the lots offered across their seven auctions held in 2012. This compares well to the national average of 75% (source EIG, February 2012 – January 2013) and demonstrates the effectiveness of local marketing combined with auctions on the London stage”.

With the catalogue now available for the first sale of 2013 on March 6th, David Sansome of Sansome & George Network Auctions said: “This is the last chance to sell or buy by auction before the end of the current tax year. We anticipate a lively room and the first auction of the year is always a strong sale. There is a twenty nine lot catalogue with a significant number of interesting lots from across the UK including a number that are being offered without reserve.”

“Our auctions provide sellers with the best of both worlds when it comes to success and price. Our local buyers compete with London investors producing exceptional results for our clients.”

Lots in the March auction include:

Seven plots of land being sold without reserve
A development site for 11 apartments and 2 retail units
Six public houses
A former care home with planning for 14 apartments and other potential uses
Various freehold and leasehold properties with guide prices between £35,000 and £350,000

Lots are currently also being taken for inclusion in the auction set for May 1st.

Network Auctions is growing significantly with a number of new partner agents across the UK.

Toby Limbrick of Network Auctions said: “Our growing network of partner agents across England and Wales is seeing more lots included in each auction sale and helps generate even more enquiries and opportunities for both sellers and buyers.

If you have a property that you are considering disposing of, David Sansome of Sansome & George Network Auctions will be pleased to discuss the best method of sale with you.
