Coming soon! Our new Basingstoke office is being fitted out

As arguably North Hampshire and West Berkshire’s leading independent estate agent we are delighted to announce the opening of a new flagship sales and lettings branch in Basingstoke.

The superbly sited and double fronted office at 41-43 Winchester Road will also become our Group Head Office.

Managing Director David Sansome, whose name is synonymous with residential property locally and who will be based at the new office, has lead the Sansome & George business to great success in recent years and overseen many new innovations and developments at the company. These include the refurbishment of the branch network, the training and development of a highly professional team and an extensive and growing web presence with the Sansome & George website incorporating and linking with social media such as Twitter, Facebook and You Tube.

In addition, a monthly e-newsletter is also sent to a database of several thousand and a regular Property paper is distributed to 30,000 households locally. Sansome & George also hold regular property auctions in conjunction with leading property auctioneers Network Auctions.

David Sansome said: “The new office will cover the Basingstoke and surrounding areas and will link closely with existing Sansome & George offices in Tadley, Bramley, Mortimer and Kingsclere.

The new office will be under the direct control of Managing Director David Sansome who is moving across from the Sansome & George office in Tadley. David is very familiar with the Basingstoke market and is looking forward to re-acquainting himself with his many friends and contacts in the town as well as meeting new clients and customers.

The office will open shortly and special introductory commission rates are being offered for a limited period on new instructions.

The Basingstoke office will be supported by Sansome & George’s existing network which is now provides more single brand offices within a twelve mile radius of Basingstoke than any other agent.
