When our clients entrust the sale or letting of their property to us we have a duty to repay that faith by providing the very best service we can in order to look to obtain the best possible price and within the timescales required.

At Sansome & George we take regular soundings and obtain feedback from our clients. In this way we are always improving our offering by looking to meet or exceed these expectations.

When a client instructs Sansome & George they will have their property photographed and floor-plans drawn up professionally. These will appear on our website and on the major property portals where they can reach an audience of over 300 potential buyers or tenants every minute.

Property details are printed in full colour on 300gsm paper and really stand out from the crowd. Many agents still use basic photocopying and a cheap digital camera to produce their property details. Many do not include floor-plans at all.

Feedback from both customers looking to buy or rent and clients looking to sell or let has been very positive to our new format property details and the additional investment we have made in producing them.

Managing Director David Sansome said: “Whilst greater use of technology has transformed property marketing and Sansome & George have embraced this through advanced software and use of email and the internet, there is still a place for high quality traditional media such as print.

Our clients deserve to have their properties displayed to their best potential whether in our modern window displays, by printed details or via electronic media such as email and the internet.

As an agent we have also embraced social media and can be contacted via Twitter, Facebook and You Tube as well as through email, our website and the property portals. Of course our local network of five offices can be visited or called into in person and a warm welcome awaits everyone.

2012 is a Leap Year and one where, with the opening of our new Basingstoke office and further investment in marketing and staff, Sansome & George expect to take a further leap forward as the area’s leading independent estate agent.”
